摘要
采用通用有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立了单层玻璃的有限元模型,以某夏热冬冷地区的冬季某一天内的气象信息作为边界条件,分析了室外24小时整点时刻的空气温度和风速及玻璃厚度对单层玻璃温度场的影响,得出了玻璃温度场与室外空气温度、风速、玻璃厚度三者之间变化关系,为夏热冬冷地区玻璃幕墙和门窗的节能设计提供相应的参考依据。
A finite element model of the single glass is built by the general finite element analysis software ANSYS. The atmospheric phenomena information during a winter's day in the hot summer and cool winter zone is a kind of boundary condition in the finite element analysis, and the influence of outdoor 24 hours' air temperature, wind speed and thickness of glass are analyzed of the glass's temperature field. The change relations are known between glass's temperature field and air temperature, wind speed, glass thickness. Some useful results based on the finite element analysis might provide corresponding references for the energy saving design on the glass curtain wall and windows & doors in the hot summer and cold winter zone.
