摘要
针对某企业铁路装车的尾气产生集中,尾气成分(芳烃类、苯乙烯、汽油等)复杂的特点,分别阐述了四种尾气净化回收工艺的技术原理,并比较四种净化回收工艺的优缺点,认为综合运用二、三种油气回收工艺,可以达到国家规定的最高排放标准。经过综合比较,决定选用吸收法+膜分离法技术。
This paper takes a certain enterprise,where its railcars produce concentrated tail gas and diversified varieties of exhaust including aromatic hydrocarbon,styrene monomer and gasoline in the process of loading,as an example to expatiate on the technical principles of four types of exhaust purification and recovery technology.It compares the advantages and disadvantages of these four technologies and apply the second and third oil and gas recovery technologies comprehensively to reach the highest national standard on exhaust discharge.After comprehensive comparison,this enterprise chose absorption method plus membrane separation process as its first oil and gas recovery technology.
