摘要
顶岗实习对于高职建筑工程技术专业而言至关重要。但是在实践中,存在着对顶岗实习重要性的认识不足,体制、师资、安排、考核不够完善等方面的问题。因而从政府层面、企业层面和高职院校层面,提出了政府加大投入、企业正确认识顶岗实习、高职院校实行"双导师制"、加强顶岗实习管理以及改革考核方案等解决方法。
Internship is of vital importance to the specialty of architectural engineering in higher vocational education.However,in practice there are problems of deficient understanding of the importance of internship,which includes problems in the system,teaching staff,arrangement and appraisal.This paper presents such solutions to the problems as government’s more input,enterprises’ correct understanding of the internship,vocational colleges’ application of ＂double tutors＂,strengthening management of the internship and reform of the appraisal of the internship from the perspectives of government,enterprises and vocational colleges.
