摘要
目的回顾第四军医大学军事预防医学院防疫队近年来参加的地震灾害救援,总结地震灾区卫生防疫工作特点,提出相关建议。方法采用文献回顾、课题小组专题讨论、专家咨询方法。结果地震灾区卫生防疫工作具有应急性、专业性、战斗性、多元性和灵活性的特点,地震灾害卫生防疫工作战斗性能凸显,必须广泛协调、灵活机动、科学专业、预有准备,才能确保卫生防疫任务的圆满完成。结论加强灾害救援卫生防疫组织工作,必须强化应急作风建设、完善军地疾病预防控制体系、打造复合型疾控队伍、加强技术储备和创新。
Objective To review the practice and experience in earthquake relief related operations of the health and epidemic prevention detachment of School of Preventive Medicine,Fourth Military Medical University,and reveal how to improve the medical support in the future. Methods Literature review,group discussion of the research workshop and expert consult methods were utilized. Results The work on the health and epidemic prevention in earthquake area has the characteristic as emergency,specialized,vital,multi-element and flexible.Extensive coordinating,flexible and mobile action,scientific and specialized methods,and well preparation should be strengthened to fulfil the mission on health and epidemic prevention. Conclusion To enhance the organization work of the health and epidemic prevention on disaster relief operation,strengthening emergency working style,improving the civil and military system on disease control and prevention,developing interdisciplinary human resources,and enhancing technique preparation and innovation should be concerned.
