摘要
膀胱冲洗是预防和控制长期留置导尿管患者泌尿系统感染的有效措施之一,文章综述了膀胱冲洗的操作方法、冲洗液选择、冲洗频率、冲洗速度和导尿管及引流袋的更换时间,并总结了泌尿系统感染的预防措施。
Bladder irrigation is one of the effective measures of prevention and control of urinary tract infection in patients with longterm indwelling catheter. This article reviewed the methods of bladder irrigation, selection of flushing fluid, irrigation frequency, flushing rater, replacement time of catheter and drainage bag of bladder irrigation. The measures of prevention of urinary tract infection were summarized.
