摘要
本文针对医院集团信息化建设中普遍存在的业务和技术问题,对医院集团信息系统集成进行了深入研究,提出了基于SOA的医院集团信息系统集成方案。该方案采用面向服务的分析和设计(SOMA)方法,制定数据规范和接口规范,对各业务系统进行服务发现、服务规约和服务实现,并建立SOA集成服务平台,实现公共编码、身份认证、病人统一视图等公共服务管理。该方案已在具体工程实践中得到成功应用,在所有形式的医院集团中具有普遍适应性。
Targeting at the common technical and operational issues in hospital group informationization, this article presents an service-oriented architecture （SOA）-based application integration solution. By adopting service-oriented analysis and design （SOMA） method and by referring to the relevant international industry standards and service protocols, this solution develops the corresponding interface specifications and data exchange specifications and builds the SOA platform to achieve public codes management system, common authentication module, unified view of the patient and other public services. The solution has been successfully applied in a ＂real world＂ project and can also be feasible for other hospital groups.
