摘要 装载于电子海图显示与信息系统(ECDIS)中的数字海图信息安全不仅关系到数字海图版权方的利益,而且还可能因为信息受到"污染"导致终端用户的航行安全受到威胁。在全面分析了数字海图信息从发行到终端用户应用过程中所面临的各种问题,并且比较详细地论述了数字水印技术应用到数字海图保护中的优势。以IHOS-63标准为主线,全面阐述了数字海图信息加密、发行、认证、应用及对安装在用户设备的数字海图的全过程应用保护方案。 The security of digital charts is a key issue in electronic navigation chart (ENC) applications. Illegally copying published digital charts will generally lead not only to the economical losses of digital chart publishers but also to higher risks of navigation safety of the users. Various problems in digital chart security are analyzed, and a data security scheme for digital charts is proposed based on the international standard of digital chart security. The scheme can protect charts from being illegally copied or tampered in the whole process of digital chart usage.
