摘要
随钻测井模块一般是将测井单元安装在钻铤中,这需要在钻铤上加工各种结构的孔槽。本文利用有限元法分析了钻铤上四种孔槽结构的应力集中情况,求解出其应力集中系数,总结出钻铤孔槽结构应力集中产生的规律,并提出优化的钻铤孔槽结构设计方案。
For LWD module logging unit is generality installed in the drill collar. It requires different kinds of constructional grooves and holes processed in the drill collar.In this paper, the stress concentration conditions of four kinds of groove and hole structures are analyzed with the finite-element method. Stress concentration factor is solved. The stress concentration law is summarized and the structural design of the optimized drill collar is proposed.
