摘要
目的研究不同遮阴处理方法对穿心莲生长、品质和产量的影响。方法以株高、叶片数、分蘖数评价穿心莲的生长情况;以单株的平均鲜质量和干质量评价穿心莲的产量,用TLC、HPLC法评价穿心莲的品质。结果与自然光照组相比,单层遮阴网下穿心莲的叶片数、分蘖数、鲜质量、干质量分别提高了17.5%、13.7%、8.33%、9.40%,株高增长4.8%,穿心莲叶片中2种主要内酯的总质量分数比CK组下降了3.28%;双层遮阴网下穿心莲的叶片数、分蘖数、鲜质量、干质量分别降低了24.1%、27.7%、32.41%、27.52%,株高增长22.8%,2种主要内酯的总质量分数则下降了34.77%。结论适当遮阴处理有利于穿心莲的生长和产量的提高,不利于品质的提高。
Objective To study the influences on the growth,quality and yield of Andrographis Herba under different shading treatment.Methods The growth conditions of Andrographis Herba were evaluated by height,number of leaf and tiller;the yield was evaluated by the average of single plant′s fresh weight and dry weight;TLC and HPLC methods were used to evaluate the quality.Results Compared with the CK group,the number of leaf and tiller,fresh weight and dry weight of Herba Andrographis treated by single overshadow net increased by 17.5%,13.7%,8.33%,9.40% and the plant height increased by 4.8%,the content of lactone in Andrographis paniculata′s leaves treated by single overshadow net decreased by 3.28%;the number of leaf and tiller,fresh weight and dry weight under double overshadow net decreased by 24.1%,27.7%,32.41%,27.52%,and the plant height increased by 22.8%;the content of lactone decreased by 34.77%.Conclusion Proper shading treatment is good for Andrographis Herba′ growth and yield,but not beneficial to its quality.
