摘要 为简便有效地评价飞机可行装配序列,在建立飞机装配评价指标体系基础上,根据矩阵相容性原理来获得评价指标权重值,并将基于工艺规则的定性评价方法和基于量化指标的定量评价方法相结合,提出基于矩阵相容性的飞机装配序列模糊评价方法,并进行反馈优化。最后,根据装配实例验证该方法的有效性。 To simply and effectively evaluate the feasible aircraft assembly sequence, the assembly eval- uation index system is established, and the evaluation in- dex weight can be obtained on the principle of matrix com- patibility. A fuzzy evaluation method for aircraft assembly sequence based on matrix compatibility, by combining qualitative evaluation method based on process rules and quantitative evaluation method based on quantitative index is proposed, and the feedback optimizing for evaluation results is done. Finally, an application example is presented to illustrate the feasibility of the approach..
