摘要
目的:分析重庆市巴南区2009年-2011年流感哨点监测结果,从而全面地掌握巴南区流行性感冒的流行状况和病毒优势株变化,探索该病的流行规律。方法:利用《中国流感监测信息系统》收集流感样病例监测资料、病原学资料,用Excel2003和SPSS17.0软件进行数据汇总和处理,采用统计描述、χ2检验等统计方法。结果:2009年、2010年、2011年流感样病例的构成比分别为4.07%、4.91%、4.31%。流感样病例主要集中在0～岁、5～岁组,占总数的69.54%。流感病毒分离率为24.22%,其中2009年主要流行株为新甲H1型,2010年为B型,2011年新甲H1型和B型均为优势株。各年龄组病毒分离率阳性结果分布以5～岁、15～岁和25～岁组较高。结论:加强夏季及老年组人群流感的监测水平,同时注意B型流感的活动情况,警惕该型流感的暴发流行。
Objective：To analyze the sentinel surveillance results of influenza in Ba＇nan district of Chongqing during 2009 -2011, so as to fully grasp the epidemic features of influenza and the advantage strain change to explore the prevalent regularity. Methods： Based on ＂China influenza monitoring information system＂, the data of influenza - like illness, etiology material were involved in this analysis. Excel2003 and SPSS17.0 software were used for data collection and processing, and statistical description, chi - square test method were also employed for statistical anal- ysis. Results： The percentages of ILI in 2009,2010 and 2011 were 4.07%, 4.91% and 4.31%. Influenza - like illness mainly concentrated on 0 - years old, 5 - years old group, accounting for 69.54% of the total. The flu virus separation rate was 24.22%, among which major epidemic strains in 2009 was the type new A（ H1 ）, in 2010 was the type B, the type new H1 and type B were both advantage strains in 2011. The virus separation rate was higher in age groups of 5 - years old, 15 - years old and 25 - years old. Conclusion ： It is necessary to strengthen influenza monitoring on elder people in summer and pay attention to the situation of influenza B to prevent the outbreak of influenza B.
