摘要
目的:建立了一次性饭盒中残余苯乙烯的反相高效液相色谱检测方法,分析了它在5种提取液中的溶出特性。方法:实验优化选择色谱条件为:TC-C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇和水的比例为90∶10,流速为1.0 ml/min,进样量为20μl,柱温为45℃,测定波长为245 nm。结果:实验结果表明,在苯乙烯质量浓度为0.05μg/ml~90.00μg/ml时,H=2.45ρ-0.18(r=0.9997),检出限为0.03μg/ml,回收率为92.00%~107.00%,该方法灵敏度高,重现性好。检测一次性饭盒中的残余苯乙烯,结果满意。结论:一次性饭盒中的苯乙烯向油脂类食品中的迁移快速,溶出量大;向酒类食品迁移速度和溶出量次之;向中性、酸性和碱性食品中的迁移速度慢,溶出量小。
Objective:To develop a reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of styrene residue in disposable lunch boxes. And its dissolving characteristics were analysed in the five kinds of extract solution. Methods: Under the optimized chromatographic conditions, styrene was separated on a Agilent TC - C18 (5 μm, 150 ×4.6 nm) chromatography column and detected at 245 nm by using methanol in water (90: 10, V/V) as mobile phase when the column temperature was 45% and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. Results: The calibration curves of styrene showed good linearity in the ranges of 0.05 -90. 001xg/ml, the linear regression equation was H = 2.45 p - 0.18 ( r = 0. 9997), the detection limit was 0.03 μg/ml. The recoveries were 92.00% - 107.00%. The proposed method was specific, sensitive, accurate and suitable for the quantification of residue sty- rene in tableware. Conclusion: The migration rate and dissolving - out amount of styrene in disposable lunch boxes showed top in fat and oil kind food, followed by wine foods, the neutral food, the acid food and basic food in turn.
