随着医药卫生体制改革的不断深入,医院的管理理念也在发生着变化,医院文化已成为现代医院管理的重要内容,它是医院发展的价值取向;而人力资源管理作为医院可持续发展的源泉,离不开医院文化,二者相互影响、相互促进;只有把医院文化建设做实,做好,才能提升医院的核心竞争力。
With the deepening of medical and health system reform,the concept of hospital management is surely changing.Hospital culture has become an important part of modern hospital management,and it is the value orientation of hospital development.Human resource management,which is the source of hospital sustainable development,can't be separated from hospital culture,and they influence and promote each other.Only by constructing hard in hospital culture can the core competitiveness of hospital be promoted.
