摘要
针对一起汽机主汽门螺栓断裂失效案例,对20Cr1Mo1VTiB材质进行了化学成分、力学性能、金相组织试验分析。试验分析结果表明:由于制造过程中热加工或热处理工艺不当,造成螺栓金相组织异常、冲击性能低下,在汽机运行工况下发生断裂失效。
Focusing on the failure of 20Crl MolVTiB bolts rupture for main stop valve of steam tur- bine, chemical composition analysis, mechanical performance analysis and metallographic examina- tion have been analyzed. The experiment and analysis result shows that: due to improper heat treat- ment process used in manufacture, caused the exceptional metallurgical structure and the incompe- tent impact toughness of the bolts, and bringed the rupture failure during the turbine operation.
