探讨协同管理的概念及医院协同管理的必要性,通过办公自动化系统建立信息发布、内部通讯、日常办公、文件管理和信息访问平台,实现医院沟通协作办公、流程制度落实、降低管理成本、知识经验分享以及实时数据抓取,提高医院建设的质量效益。
To explore the concept of collaborative management and the necessity of hospital collaborative management, establishment of information release platform, internal communication platform, daily office platform, file management platform and information access platform through the office automation system, achieve the goals of hospital communication and coordination office, process system implement, reduce the management cost, knowledge and experience sharing and real-time data grab, improve the quality and efficiency of hospital construction.
