摘要
目的:通过分析临床药师参与短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)治疗的实践,探讨药师在临床治疗中发挥的作用。方法:临床药师协助医师为患者制定个体化治疗方案,并为患者建立药历,关注患者用药期间所出现的不良反应,提供合理的药学服务和健康教育计划。结果:临床药师参与TIA的药物治疗过程,避免了潜在的治疗风险,提高了患者用药的疗效。结论:药师参与临床药物治疗实践,有利于提高临床药物治疗水平。
OBJECTIVE：To analyze the practice and role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of transient ischemic attack （TIA）. METHODS： The clinical pharmacist assisted physicians in making individualized treatment plan, established medication records for patients, paid attention to adverse reactions during the medication, provided reasonable pharmaceutical service and health education programs for patients. RESULTS： Clinical pharmacists＇ involvement in the treatment of TIA resulted in reduced potential risk of drug therapy for TIA but increased therapeutic efficacy. CONCLUSION： Involvement of clinical pharmacists in the treatment practice is conducive to improvement of medication level.
