摘要
目的:论述褪黑素受体激动剂的研究进展和临床疗效评价。方法:采用国内、外文献综述方法。结果与结论:褪黑素受体激动剂作用新颖,为新型的抗抑郁药和催眠药,在治疗重度抑郁症方面疗效明显,药品不良反应小,能有效调整生物节律,改善睡眠质量,而无性功能障碍和撤药症状,是抗抑郁药研究领域中的重大突破。
OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the research progress and clinical efficacy of melatonin receptor agonist.METHODS：The pertinent literature both at home and abroad was reviewed.RESULTS CONCLUSION：With new action,Melatonin receptor agonist is a new type of antidepressants and hypnotic drug showing remarkable efficacy for major depressive disorder yet with mild toxicity and it can effectively regulate biological rhythm,improve sleep quality yet without causing sexual dysfunction and discontinuation symptoms,which is no doubt a great breakthrough in the research of antidepressants.
