摘要
本实验采用从澳大利亚引进了波尔山羊种羊胚胎,以南疆本地山羊为受体进行胚胎移植。同期发情处理了215只受体羊,同期发情率为89.3%,黄体合格率为95.83%;通过对黄体合格的184只受体羊进行移植,妊娠74只,移植妊娠率为40.2%;分析表明,受体的选择、供、受体的同步性、胚胎质量、季节因素、以及受体的饲养管理直接影响胚胎移植成功率;此外,切实可行的实验方案、操作人员的熟练度、移植方法、严格的手术操作规程、术后护理及基层合作单位的积极性、投入能力、执行力度都是影响冷冻胚胎移植妊娠率的重要因素。
In this present study , we investigate the efficiency that stud Boer goats embryos imported from Australia transfer to the Southern XinJiang synchronized local goat. 215 recipient ewes were synchronized , and 184 imported Boer goats frozen embryos were transferred, the results indicated that 74 recipient ewes had pregnancy, the percentage of synchronization , pregnancy and usable corpus luteum were 89.3% , 95.83% and 40.2% respectively, The results suggest that the effect factors of frozen embryo transfer in Boer goats include selection of receptors, synchronization of the receptor, embryo quality, seasonal factors, recipient breeding and management which affect pregnancy rate directly, addition, practicable experiment scheme, individal techniques of transferring, Transfer technique procedures of surgery, postoperative care , the enthusiasm, input ability and enforcement of grassroots.
