摘要
澳门熊猫馆建筑依山而建,平面呈扇形分布,整个ETFE膜屋面的造型似一个贝壳,气枕式ETFE膜结构均采用3D曲面裁切、焊缝。主要介绍澳门熊猫馆项目气枕式ETFE膜结构安装技术要点,各单元ETFE膜的防水、抗风及充气后的饱满度、外观效果等技术问题。
The Macao Giant Panda Pavilion is built down the hillside, and the plane of which is fan shaped. The whole air pillow styled ETFE membrane roof covering looks like a shell. 3D curved surface cutting and welding are applied in the entire air pillow styled ETFE membrane structures. This paper focuses on certain essentials of the construction techniques of the air pillow styled ETFE membrane installation works of the Macao Giant Panda Pavilion and the technical problems of water-proofing, wind-resisting and the plumpness and appearance after air inflation of the air pillow styled ETFE mem- brane.
