摘要
根据连铸机扇形段驱动辊中间支撑轴承的运行工况:极低速、高温、重载、高污染环境,分析了轴承的结构选型和使用工况,确定选用水冷剖分圆柱滚子轴承。并介绍了该轴承的结构设计、润滑形式及使用情况。冷却水循环设计使得轴承能够在60~90℃运转,多重密封结构阻止了外界杂质的侵蚀。轴承能够实现±3°自动调心,保证了轴承与驱动辊的协调。
Water-cooled split bearings which work under very slow speed, high temperature, heavy load and severe pollution support the driving rolls of a continuous caster at the middle position. The bearing structure se- lection and application condition are analyzed to determine the selection of water-cooled split cylindrical roller bearing. The bearing structure design, lubrication form and application status are introduced. The water-cooled circle structure whose muhi-layer sealing design excludes the contaminants from the outside can ensure the bear- ings run smoothly under the water temperature of 60 - 90℃. These bearings can adapt to misalignment within +3° which make a harmony between the bearings and the driving roll.
