摘要 乳酸菌制剂作为微生态制剂的重要组成部分,可以通过竞争性排除作用、改变微生物作用的环境、产生抑菌物质、提高机体免疫力以及为动物机体提供营养等机制来促进动物健康生长。文章就乳酸菌的作用机制及其在禽类生产中的应用效果进行综述,为家禽生产中乳酸菌的应用提供依据。 As an important part of probiotics, Lactic acid bacteria could improve the health of animals through competive exclusion, altering the enviroment of microbiology, producing antibacterial substances to promote immunity and providing nutrients to animals. In this assay, mechanism and application of lactobacillus in poultry production were summaried to offer some guidance in application.
