摘要
利用微型固定床反应器研究了直接法合成甲基氯硅烷过程中温度、压力对二甲基二氯硅烷的收率和硅粉转化率的影响。结果发现:升高反应温度、增加反应压力可以缩短诱导期,增大反应速率,硅粉转化率和二甲基二氯硅烷收率也得到提高,但过高的温度和压力会使二甲基二氯硅烷的选择性下降。此反应体系的较佳温度为320℃,压力为0.4 MPa。
The micro-fixed bed reactor was employed to investigate the effects of temperature and pressure on the yield and selectivity of dimethyldichlorosilane by direct synthesis. Results showed that raising the tem- perature and pressure shortened the induction time, improved the conversion rate of silicon powder and the yield of dimethyldichlorosilane. However, the selectivity of dimethyldichlorosilane was decreased at a overheat temperature and pressure. The temperature of 320 ℃ and the pressure of 0. 4 MPa were preferred under the reaction condition.
