摘要
深化教育改革 ,全面推进素质教育 ,成为第三次全国教育工作会议的主题。素质教育重在养成 ,需要高校各方面相互配合 ,共同努力 ,营造良好氛围。课堂教学是素质教育的主渠道 ,校园文化建设、校园环境、图书馆等在素质教育中具有特别重要的作用。
Developing education reforms and improving quality education is the topic of the third National Education Conference. The emphasis of quality education lies in cultivation, which demands cooperation of all aspects of colleges to create pleasant atmosphere. Classroom teaching is the major channel of overall education. Meanwhile, establishment of campus culture, campus environment and libraries also play a very important role in the quality education.
