Dicamba与2,4-D对小麦幼胚盾片愈伤诱导及分化的影响

摘要 以新冬26号耐盐小麦幼胚盾片为材料,研究了Dicamba与2,4-D单独或组合对小麦幼胚盾片愈伤组织诱导及分化的影响。结果表明,培养基中添加不同浓度的2,4-D或Dicamba以及组合添加这两种激素后愈伤组织诱导率普遍较高,组合添加2,4-D和Dicamba比单独添加这两种激素能获得更好的愈伤组织生长状态;诱导培养基中添加Dicamba或2,4-D以及组合添加这两种激素对愈伤组织分化的影响差异显著,组合添加Dicamba和2,4-D比单独添加这两种激素更有利于愈伤分化,最适合愈伤分化的激素配比为0.5mg/L Dicamba+1.5mg/L2,4-D。 In the experiment,young embryo scutellum of salt-tolerance wheat Xing-dong 26 was used as material,the effects of Dicamba,2,4-D,Dicamba and 2,4-D on Induction and differentiation of callus were studied. The result showed that callus induction rate generally was increased after adding different concen- trations Dicamba, 2,4-D, Dicamba and 2,4-D into medium. The better callus growth state was abtained af- ter adding Dicamba and 2,4-D into medium than separate adding Dieamba, 2,4-D. The effect of adding dif- ferent concentrations Dicamba, 2,4-D, Dicamba and 2,4-D into medium on differentiation of callus was sig- nificantly different. Unitly adding Dicamba and 2, 4-D into medium was more beneficial to separately adding the two hormones when calli differentiation was conducted. And the best hormone ratio was 0.5 mg/L Dicamba+l. 5 mg/L 2,4-D.
