摘要
在春、夏、秋、冬4季的密闭牛舍内均匀铺撒10kg(8m2)的吸附剂GY-1,用便携式氨气检测仪测定各季节连续8hNH3浓度的变化,并与无吸附剂的对照试验进行比较,研究了不同季节下吸附剂GY-1对NH38h的吸附性能。结果表明,各季节10kg GY-1吸附8h可极显著降低牛舍中NH3的浓度(P<0.01)。在春、夏、秋、冬4个季节,1kg GY-1 8h分别可以吸附NH32.12,3.14,1.09,0.69g。吸附总量随着季节间平均浓度和平均室温的增加而增加,随着吸附时间的增加而迅速降低,平均浓度对吸附总量的影响要高于平均温度对吸附总量的影响。
The objective of this study was to determine the variations of NH3 concentration of evenly sprinkling 10 kg(8 m2) adsorbent GY-1 in confined cowshed in spring, summer,autumn and winter and to compare with controlled trials by the use of a portable ammonia dector continuous 8 h. The results show that 10 kg GY-1 adsorbed 8 h can very significantly reduce (P d0.01) NH3 concentration in cowshed in all seasons. 1 kg GY-1 8 h can adsorb NH3 2. 12,3.14,1.09,0.69 g respectively in spring,summer,autumn and winter. Adsorption of total amount increases with increasing of average concentration and average room temperature between seasons, decreases rapidly with the adsorption time increase, the effect of aver- age concentration on adsorption amount is higher than the effect of average temperature on adsorption a-mount.
