摘要
二氧化硫是硫酸工业尾气中的主要有害成分,其处理工艺的研究一直以来都是硫酸工业的重要工作内容。阐述了用过氧化氢法脱硫技术的原理及特点;经工业化应用,效果稳定可靠,采用w(H2O2)=0.1%~1.0%的过氧化氢做脱硫剂,可回收w(H2SO4)=20%~30%的稀硫酸并返回干吸工序,脱硫效率高,脱硫后排放的尾气中ρ(SO2)<20 mg/m3,远低于新国标排放限值的要求。
Sulphur dioxide is a major hazardous component in industrial tailgas from sulphuric acid,the research of its treatment process has been an important part of work in the sulphuric acid industry.The principle and features of desulphurization technology using hydrogen peroxide are described.after industrial application,the effect is stable and reliable,by using w(H2O2) = 0.1% ~ 1.0% hydrogen peroxide as desulphurizing agent,w(H2SO4) =20% ~30% dilute sulphuric acid can be recovered and returned to the drying and absorption sections,the desulphurization efficiency is high.After desulphurization,the tailgas emission ρ(SO 2) <20 mg/m3,which is much lower than the latest national emission limit.
