摘要
目的分析高血压疾病的发展趋势,评价我院抗高血压药物应用情况。方法通过His系统统计用药信息,采用Excel对各类抗高血压药物的销售金额、增幅、DDDs和DDC等数据进行统计。结果抗高血压药物增幅明显,2011年相对于2009年增幅达49.77%,以CCB、ARB和β受体阻滞剂为主。结论医院的用药趋于合理,但抗高血压药物使用明显增加,应警惕高血压疾病的增长趋势。
Objective To analyze the trend of hypertension disease,and evaluate the structure of antihypertensive drugs. Methods Statistical drug information through ＂His＂ system and statistics all kinds of antihypertensive drug sales amount,increase rate,DDDs and DDC with Excel program. Results Antihypertensive drugs significantly increased, 2011 than in 2009 increased by 50%,CCB, ARB and beta blockers were mainly selected and used. Conclusion The drugs use is reasonable in our hospital, but the antihypertensive drug use growth significantly, we should be wary of hypertensive disease increase.
