摘要
目的探讨在彩色超声仪器引导下行PICC置入术的体会。方法利用彩色超声仪器引导下,定位穿刺血管,更换穿刺针,行PICC置入术。结果 B超引导下行PICC穿刺20余例,均取得成功,减少并发症与相关文献相符合。结论彩色超声仪器引导下行PICC置入术,不但为医院节约设备开支,创造经济收益,更为患者带来福音,减少痛苦和经济损失,值得推广。
Objective To discuss the application of PICC in the guidance of ultrasound. Methods In the guidance of color ultrasound, locating the venous whieh would be punctured, then changing the puncture needle and implanted the PICC tubes. Results More than 20 cases successfully underwent PICC in the guidance of ultrasound, compications were obviously reduced. Conclur,：on PICC in the guidance of color ultrasound can alleviate the patients＇ suffering,reduce economic losses for patient,save the equipment investment and creat economic benefit for hospital,and should be spreaded.
