摘要
目的观察唑来膦酸治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移的疗效。方法对42例已确诊的恶性肿瘤骨转移患者应用唑来膦酸4 mg加入0.9%氯化钠注射液100 mL静脉滴注,滴注时间大于30 min,每4周重复一次给药,至少静脉滴注2次。结果总有效率为76.2%(32/42),其中显效率为28.6%(12/42),有效率为47.6%(20/42)。结论唑来膦酸治疗转移性骨疼痛疗效良好,不良反应较轻,患者易于耐受,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To obeserve the efficacy of zoledronate in treating metastatic bone pain of malignant tumor.Methods 42 patients with bone metatastic of malignant tumor were treated with zoledronic acid 4 mg adding to 0.9% sodium chloride injection 100 mL by intravenous drip for more than 30 min,repeated once every 4 weeks and at least by twice intravenous drips.The effect and toxicity were assessed after continuous twice treatment.Results The overall response rate of zoledronic acid was 76.2%（32/42）,the excellent rate was 28.6%（12/42） and the effective rate was 47.6%（20/42）.Conclusion Zoledronic acid has the better effect in treating metastatic bone pain with mild adverse reactions,the patients are easy to be tolerated,which deserves to be promoted in clinic.
