摘要
目的分析昆山市2010—2011年卫生监督投诉举报情况,总结经验教训,为以后的工作提供参考。方法对昆山市卫生监督所2010—2011年受理登记的投诉举报案件进行分类分析。结果食品安全、医疗卫生、公共场所卫生和职业卫生4种投诉举报专业类型比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);电话、来访和来信、上级转办3类投诉举报形式比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);2010—2011年各季度的投诉举报数量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);食品安全投诉举报以无证经营和餐饮单位油烟扰民为主(46.7%),医疗卫生投诉举报以无证行医为主(80.8%);投诉举报调查结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论该市食品安全和医疗卫生是2大重点,应该不断加大监督执法力度,加强法制宣传,更好的发挥群众监督的作用。
[ Objective ] To analyze the status of health supervision and inspection claims in Kunshan City from 2010-2011, sum up experiences, and provide references for the further work. [ Methods] The cases of health supervision and inspection claims treated by' Kunshan Institute for Health Supervision and Inspection from 2010 to 2011 were classified and analyzed. [ Results] The differ- ences among four professional types of claims, including food safety, medical care, public place health and occupational health were statistically significant ( P 〈 0.01 ). There was significant difference among three claim types of telephone, visits and letters, transfer from the superior ( P 〈 0.01 ). There was no significant difference in the number of claims between every quarter in the pe- riod 2010-2011 (P 〉 0. 05) . The food safety claims mainly focused on the unlicensed operation and catering smoke nuisance, (46.7%) , and the medical care claims mainly focused on the unlicensed practice (8.8% ). The differences in the investigation results of claims were statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). [ Conclusion] The food safety and medical care are the work keys in Kun- shan City. It is necessary to strengthen supervision enforcement, improve the legal publicity, and promote the supervision of the mass.
