摘要
目的了解某医院口腔科诊室空气中可能存在的有机污染物,为其化学性危害因素分析提供依据,以针对性地加强医护人员的职业防护。方法采用气相色谱-质谱法测定口腔科诊室空气中的有机污染物,空气样品中的有机污染物通过活性炭吸附管捕集,然后用二硫化碳解吸,取上层萃取液进样分析。结果定性分析结果表明,口腔科诊室空气样品中含有苯、甲苯、苯酚等有毒有害污染物,会影响医护人员的身心健康。结论口腔科医护人员应加强个人职业防护。
[ Objective ] To investigate the possible organic pollutants in the air of stomatology clinic, and 'provide evidence for analy- sis of chemical hazards, so as to strengthen occupational protection of doctors and nurses. [ Methods ] Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry { GC-MS ) was adopted to determine the organic pollutants, and the air samples were adsorbed in active carbon adsorp- tion tubes, then extracted by carbon disulfide. The upper extract was collected for analysis [ Results] Qhalitative analysis showed that several pollutants such as benzene , toluene, phenol existed in the air of stomatology clinic, which could affect the physical and mental health of medical staff. [ Conclusion] Doctors and nurses of stomatology clinic should strengthen occupational protection.
