摘要
目的探讨饮食指导对头颈部肿瘤患者临床治疗的辅助意义。方法测定2009年至2011年间收治的218例头颈部肿瘤患者在采用饮食指导前后的体重、体质指数、血白蛋白、前白蛋白、淋巴细胞计数和转铁蛋白,评价患者的营养状况并进行对比分析。结果采用饮食指导后,患者营养不良例数显著减少,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其各项营养指标较之前也均有上升,饮食指导前后的数据相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对头颈部肿瘤患者采用饮食指导可以显著提升患者的营养状况,对减少患者营养不良的发生率有良好效果,具有一定的临床推广意义。
Objective To study the secondary significance of dietary guidance for the clinical treatment of patients with head and neck cancer.Methods Took data from 218 cases of head and neck cancer patients admitted to our hospital during the 2009-2011,and determined their body mass index,serum albumin,prealbumin,hemoglobin,lymphocyte count,ferritin,evaluation before and after the use of dietary guidance for analysis.Results After taking dietary guidance,the number of patients in malnutrition significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Its nutritional indicators,compared with the previous data,rose statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusions Dietary guidance can significantly improve the nutritional status of head and neck cancer patients,and it can also reduce the incidence of malnutrition in patients.So it can be seen that the method had certain clinical significance.
