摘要
本文研究了人类社会发展过程中城乡关系演变的一般逻辑,从城市类型、产业发展、城市化进程、城乡资源流动和城乡关系五个层面的动态运动中,探讨了城市化与城乡关系演变的一般规律,说明快速城市化是农村资本和劳动力双重流出的过程,城乡差距扩大存在必然性,要缓解城乡关系的恶化,必须发挥政府的引导作用,利用市场机制,转变农民组织形式,使资源能够留到农村。
This paper studies dynamic movement including rural relations, it summariz~ the general logic of urban-rural relations＇ development in human society.From five-level Urban-type, industrial development, urbanization, urban-rural resources flowing and urban- the general rule of urbanization and urban-rural relations evolution. It thinks rapid urbanization is a process of capital and labor out of rural areas, widening gap between urban and rural areas. If want to alleviate the deterioration of relations between urban and rural areas, the government must play a guiding role, using market mechanisms, and changing the form of farmers＂ organizations ,so that resources can be left to the rural areas.
