摘要
采用综合逆境法,对采自安徽黄山风景区的黄山松种子进行发芽率及综合逆境活力的测定。结果表明:黄山松种子的发芽率为 2 1.6 %,综合逆境活力为 15.5 %。黄山松种子的发芽率及种子活力均较低,在一定程度上影响了黄山松的繁殖和更新能力。
The germination percentage and complex stressing vigor of Huangshan Pine were tested by means of CSVT. Germination percentage is 21.6%, complex stressing vigor is 15.5%. The lower germination percentage and vigor affect the reproduction and generation of Huangshan Pine in some degree.$$$$
