摘要
本文利用两组专家对葡萄酒的品尝评分结果及葡萄和葡萄酒的理化指标,针对葡萄酒的评价问题,利用符号秩检验和方差检验对评酒员的评价结果进行了检验。检验结果表明,两组评价结果有显著性差异,第二组评价结果更可信。利用主成分分析及聚类分析方法,解决了酿酒葡萄的等级划分问题。
This paper uses two group of experts on the wine tasting score results and grape and wine of the physical and chemical indicators, for wine evaluation problem, using the Wilcoxon signed - rank test and variance test on liquor judge evaluation results are veri- fied. The test results showed that, two groups of evaluation results there was significant difference between the second groups, the sec- ond group evaluation results more reliable. Using principal component analysis, cluster analysis, solves the problem of grading of wine grape.
