摘要
元代科学家郭守敬治水不仅在工程上成就巨大 ,其思维方法也独具特点 .他在深入的实际调查的基础上提出对水利工程的规划与建设方案 ;能在把握重点的前提下 ,注重水资源的综合利用 ;在恢复旧有工程时 ,既有对原工程的保留又有发展 ;能尽量地利用数字进行水利工程计算 ,避免主观臆断 .
GUO Shou jin,a scientist in Yan dynasty, who made great achievements in regulating rivers and watercourses projects, had his unique mode of thinking in the field of water conservancy. Firstly, on the basis of practical investigation, he proposed plans and schemes for hydraulic engineering projects; Secondly, he pay much attention on comprehensive usage of water resources; Thirdly, in the course of restoring the old projects, he not only reserved and developed the original projects but also used accurate calculations to avoid subjective conjectures.
