摘要
随着学院招生的扩大,新校区设立,图书馆的藏书量增大,开馆时间的延长,图书馆通过勤工俭学学生来参与图书馆的管理解决图书馆的工作压力。从我院图书馆实际出发,分析勤工俭学学生参与图书馆服务的意义,提出完善图书馆工作制度和建议。
With the expansion of college enrollment, the establishment of new campus, the increase of library collection, the extension of the open time of the library, the library decrease the pressure by admitting the students participating in the library management in free time. From the reality of our library, this article describes the significance of the students participating in library service and puts forward the rules and suggestions of improving the work system.
