摘要
利用XRD、IR、DTA、SEM等测试仪 ,对有机膨润土的结构及性能进行了分析 ,并研究了有机膨润土的微观结构和形貌 .通过凝胶实验、触变性评定 ,探讨了有机膨润土的流变行为 .实验结果表明 :层间距d( 0 0 1 )值越大 ,有机土的疏水性越好 ;晶格扭曲愈严重 ,粘流性变化愈大 ;有机碳链愈大 ,分解温度愈高 .研究还发现 ,有机碳链的长度、结构、极性 ,有机土的细度以及溶剂分子的极性 ,对有机土的凝胶性也有很大影响 .
The microstructure and morphology of organobentonite are examined by X ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy, differential thermal analysis and electromicroscope. The rheological property of organobentonites is investigated by experiment on gelatinizing and thixotropy behavior. The results show that large value of d(001) tends to enhance oilphilic property while severe deformation of lattice corresponds to large change of fluidity. Long length of carbon chain requires a higher temperature of decomposition. Also the construction, length and polarity of carbon chain of organism, particle size of organobentonites and polarity of solvent have an significant effect on the gelatiness of organobentonites.
