高职院校图书馆履行社会责任、服务社会,通过发展图书馆技术实现高质量的文献、信息、知识资源的数字化建设,充分发挥数字化资源在建设"舟山群岛新区"发展中起到"耳目、尖兵、参谋"的作用,为建设"舟山群岛新区"插上科技之翼。
