摘要
采用电化学氧化脱硫的方法,以高纯碳电极为工作电极研究了含硫物质在碱性电解质中的脱硫规律,并分别考察电解电压、电解时间、电解温度对脱硫效率的影响。在电解质为1.0mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液中,将硫离子氧化为硫酸根的适宜条件为:电解电压为1.25V、电解时间为2 400s、电解温度为333K,在此条件下,0.1mol/L的硫溶液的电化学脱硫的效率可达有99.0%以上。
Electrochemical oxidation desulfurization method was adopted to study the desulfurization regularity in alkaline liquor with high pure carbon electrodes as anode and cathode. The effects of elec- trolysis conditions, such as electrolysis voltage, electrolysis time and electrolysis temperature, ondesulfurization ratio were studied. The resu fide ion to sulfate ion in 1.0 mol/L sodium voltage was 1.25 V, electrolytic time was 2 bove conditions, the desulfurization efficiency indicated that the suitable conditions for oxidizing sul- ydroxide solution electrolytic system were- electrolytic 00 s and electrolytic temperature was 333 K. Under a- could be above 99.0% in 0.1 mol/L of sulfur solution.
