摘要
目的研究护理干预对帕金森病(PD)患者生活质量的影响。方法将2007年1月至2011年1月来我院就诊的86例PD患者随机分成对照组和干预组各43例,给予对照组常规治疗和护理,干预组在对照组的基础上进行护理干预。在入选时以及治疗后5周对患者的生活质量和临床症状进行评价。结果干预组的临床症状改善情况明显优于对照组,两组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组GQOLI评分与干预组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预可以有效改善PD患者的临床症状,并提高其生活质量,适合推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on life quality of patients with PD （Parkinson＇s disease）. Methods 86 patients with PD in our hospital from January 2007 to January 2011 were randomly divided into the control group （43 cases） and the intervention group （43 cases）. The control group was given conventional treatment and care, while the other group was given intervention care besides conventional treatment and care. Patient＇s quality of life and clinical symptoms was evaluated at enrollment and five weeks after treatment. Results Intervention group showed better clinical improvement compared with the control group, with significant difference （P 〈0.05）. The GQOLI score of two groups also demonstrated significant statistical difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of PD patients and improve their quality of life. It is worth of promotion and application.
