摘要
医疗服务价格存在的问题 ,是困扰医疗卫生机构生存与发展的一个重要问题。其主要表现在医药费用不合理增长 ,医疗服务收费标准不规范 ,而且不能适应医疗需求的多元化 ,收费透明度低。根源在于价格体系不完善 ,措施不得力。为此 ,文章提出应逐步完善财政补偿机制 ,推行医药分开核算、分别管理制度 ,建立完善价格体系 ,建立健全医疗服务价格的监督。
The problem of medical service price is an important problem to puzzle medical health organism existence and development. The mainfestations are medical fees increasing unreasonably, medical service fees standard are unnorm and can't adopt source lies in price system isn't comprehensive, the measurement aren't effective. Thus it is put forward to complete finance compensate system, carry out medicine and drug separated management system, establish comprehensive price system, establish and complete medical service price control and check system.
