摘要
采用导热油技术替代水蒸汽蒸氨,是节能、减排、降耗的办法。在实际应用中,存在再沸器列管被焦油堵塞、塔盘漏液、效率降低等问题,造成蒸氨废水中氨氮指标波动。为了保持导热油系统稳定,采取了多项措施,取得了良好效果。
This paper introduces a new ammonia stripping process with heat transfer oil, a method of energy-saving, low pollution and consumption-reduction, replacing the conventional steam stripping process that gave rise to NH3 content fluctuation in the distilled water caused by tar jamming at raw tubes of reboiler,tray leakage and low efficiency, etc.. Measures have been taken for stable operation of the heat transfer oil system which achieved good performance.
