摘要
对鞍钢四期新建焦炉主要受力构件的钢筋混凝土部分进行应变测试。测试主要分焦炉主体结构完成、焦炉烘炉期、焦炉正式投产3种工况进行。同时介绍了结构测试的原理和内容。应变测试为焦炉结构设计优化提供了可靠依据。
This paper described strain test on the RCC of main load bearing members of new coke ov- en battery for Phase IV of Angang. The test has been done at the stage of completion of battery proper structure construction, heating-up and after putting into production. The concept and its details of the structural test have also been given in this paper, which provides solid basis for an optimized structural design of the battery.
