分层开采下分层综采工作面矿压特征

摘要 通过矿压实测数据分析,揭示了下分层综采工作面的矿压显现规律,并对工作面支架适应性进行了探讨.研究表明:基本顶岩层在上分层回采时已经断裂和破坏,下分层基本顶来压步距相对较小,基本顶初次来压步距20.9m,周期来压步距平均11.3m;工作面支架来压动载系数在1.19~1.24之间,平均1.22.工作面支架平均初撑力利用率仅有64.0%,初撑力偏低,有待提高;平均循环末阻力为额定工作阻力的74.6%,平均最大循环末阻力为额定工作阻力的97.1%,基本满足顶板控制要求. The measured strata - pressure data reveals the lower slice mechanized mining face strata - pressure behaviors, and the adaptability of supports in working face is also analyzed. The research shows that the basic roof has been broken and destructed when up slice mined. The lower slice roof step is relatively small. The basic roof initial step is 20.9 m, and cycle step is averagely 11.3 m. The dynamic load factor is 1.19 - 1. 24 and 1.22 averagely. The utilization rate of supports initial setting load is low and only 64.0%. It needs to be improved. The average cycle end resistance is 74.6% of rated resistance and the average maximum cycle end resistance is 97.1% of rated resistance. Roof can be controlled effectively.
