摘要
介绍了大庆油田目前最大的弱碱化三元复合驱工业性矿场试验。它使用配方中化学剂含量是大庆油田三元复合驱试验中最低的,三元体系主段塞表面活性剂含量长期为0.1%,整个主段塞表面活性剂平均含量为0.143%,弱碱平均含量为0.976%,且地质条件差,但试验还是取得显著的增油降水效果,并见到了乳化现象,根据生产动态及数值模拟预测试验将取得好的效果,特别是工业性弱碱三元复合驱在采油端未见到结垢影响,这些对三元复合驱的研究有重要指导意义。
This paper introduces the most industrialized test of ASP flooding with weaker alkaline in Daqing oilfield.The chemical concentrations of ASP are lower than other ASP flooding,the concentration of surfactant in the main slug leveled at 0.1% for a long period,which is 0.143% averagely,and the mean concentration of weak alkaline is 0.976%.For the area,it’s condition of geology is not better,but the test had gained the perfect results of oil increment and water decrement,and the phenomena of emulsification had been observed.According to the production performance and predication of numerical simulation,it can gain good results,especially there was no any unfavorable scale in the production wells.Those will show guiding significance on the further ASP flooding study.
