摘要
目的:通过分析当前医院大型医疗设备管理中存在的问题,找出合理的解决方案,按照行之有效的方法做好设备管理工作。方法:建立医疗设备管理体系,完善管理制度,加强档案管理、维修管理,质量控制管理的方法,促进大型医疗设备的管理工作。结果:通过规范化、制度化管理不仅提高了设备管理质量,还提高了医疗设备的利用率,保障了医疗设备安全、稳定使用。结论:大型医疗设备管理工作是医院管理的重要组成部分,建立、建全医疗设备管理体系,能够确保医疗设备质量安全,充分发挥设备的效能、更好服务于临床。
Objective： Through analyzing the current problems of the management of large medical equipment in hospitals, we can find out the effective method to reasonable solve the problem of medical equipment management. Methods： We can establish the system of medical equipment management, perfect institution management; strengthen file management and maintenance management to promote the management of large medical equipment. Results： Standardization management can not only improve equipment management quality, but also improve the utilization rate of medical equipment. So we can guarantee the medical equipment safe and stable use. Conclusion： The large medical equipment management is an important part of hospital. We are establish and perfect medical equipment management system to ensure the quality and safety of medical equipment, so we can give full play to the efficiency of equipment and better service to clinical departments.
