摘要
借助有限元软件对塑壳断路器的磁脱扣器进行了分析和设计研究。介绍了磁脱扣器在设计过程中的关键参数及注意事项。重点通过调整衔铁、磁轭的厚度,衔铁与磁轭的夹角以及减少消极磁场等,获得更好的脱扣特性。同时进行了大量的试验验证。最后根据试验结果来优化设计。
Magnetic trip unit of moulded case circuit breaker was analyzed and designed by finite element software. This article introduced critical paramete process. The analysis gives emphasis to that, via between armature and yoke, and weakening the neg mass of experiments were carried out to verify th experimental result rs and attentive issues in the magnetic trip unit design adjusting the thickness of armature and yoke, the angle ve magnetic field design. Finally, to obtain better trip performance. the design was optimized based
