摘要
应用CAD/CAE/CAM协同技术作为现代汽车冲压模具设计制造方法,在缩短汽车车型研发、模具设计与调试的周期有着重要的作用。论文分析了汽车冲压模具协同开发关键技术,提出了模具协同开发的流程和模型,并进行了可行性验证。
The application of CAD/CAM/CAE collaborative development technology could shorten the succeeding of automobile mold's development, improve mold's design quality, reduces the cover mold's development cycle greatly ,and may reduce the mold development cost. The key technologies of integration technology were analyzed in this paper.The model of automobile mold's development was present-ed, and the feasibility of this model was also proved.
