Role of distal stomach in the gastric emptying of non-nutrient liquid

摘要 目的 探讨远端胃在非营养液排空中的作用。方法应用γ闪烁成像仪和^(99m)锝-植酸钠组成的非营养液核素餐,对3组SD大鼠[正常组(NG)、剖腹探查组(LG)、远端胃切除、胃十二指肠吻合组(Billroth Ⅰ group,BIG)]进行不同时期胃液体排空功能测定。结果NG大鼠在16周内胃液体排空无明显变化(P>0.05);LG大鼠在术后4周内胃液体排空存在延长现象(P<0.01),第8周才基本恢复至术前标准(P>0.05);BIG大鼠在第16周胃液体排空仍没恢复到术前标准(P<0.01)。结论剖腹探查能暂时抑制胃非营养液排空;远端胃在非营养液排空中起着重要作用。 Objective To explore the role of distal stomach in the gastric emptying of non-nutrient liquid. Methods With ^(99m)Tc-PHY 0. 34MBq labelled non-nutrient liquid feed and gamma scintillating imaging apparatus SPECT, the gastric liquid emptying function of 21 SD rats, that were randomly divided into three groups: the normal group(NG) (n = 7); the laparotomy group (LG) (n = 7); Billroth Ⅰ group (BIG) (n = 7), were performed every 4 weeks. Results (1)NG showed no significant changes in gastric liquid emptying within 16 weeks(P > 0.05). (2)In LG the functions of gastric liquid emptying was delayed to compare to the values before surgery at the 4th week after surgery(P < 0.01 ). At the sib postoperative week, these data became the values before surgery(P > 0.05). (3) At the 16th week BIG still showed a significantly difference to the values before surgery (P < 0.01 ). Conclusions (1) Laparotomy can temporarily inhibit the emptying of non-nutrient liquid in stomach. (2)The distal stomach plays an important role in the gastric non-nutrient liquid emptying.
